Thank you Kathleen. I thought about doing that before but didn't like the idea of changing the date to the current period as we run order intake reports for each month which would skew the results. But if this is the only way I can get rid of them, I will do that. :-) By the way, do the original dates (sales orders) remain in the closed company?
