Forwarded your comments onto the Sage 50 US support team management who advised to see KB 107367 for a workaround: Cause Seems to be related to the Covid-19 Payroll Wizard, but the cause is undetermined. Resolution Make a backup of the company and restore it into a new company folder . See Article ID 10097: How to restore a backup. In the newly restored company, try to open the 941 form. The Covid-19 Payroll Wizard should come up, and then the 941 form afer it. If the problem still occurs, follow further troubleshooting steps in Article ID 42305: Tax form does not open. Note: If restoring the company data into a new folder works, open the original company and rename it in Maintain Company Information by putting OLD in front of the name, or something similar to that. You may also delete the company or, more safely, remove the company without deleting it.
