We routinely have the need for our Order Facilitator to be able to print Purchase Orders that were created in a previous period. However, we do not want to open things up for this person to inadvertantly Change any information from a previous period.... this would be a recipe for DISASTER!!! Currently every time this needs to happen, they need to contact one of the 2 people with security set up to make changes in a previous period to print things for them.... as you can imagine, this is a Complete inconvenience and time waster for everone involved. I would LOVE to see the ability for someone with View Only permissions to be able to print.... not only PO's but other items as well (Customer Sales Invoices, Proposals, etc) Thank you
