Sage 50 2015 released in April 2014. When you purchased version 2014 it should have included 1 year of Business Care. Business Care entitles to to support and upgrades for 1 year. So unless you purchased version 2014 prior to April 2nd 2013, you should be entitled to version 2015 at no charge. Upgrading to version 2015 may be the answer to your problem. You can download the upgrade at na.sage.com/.../2015 but you will have to contact Sage to get your 2015 serial number so you can install it.
