I need HELP!!! Apparently for the last 5 years I've been receiving my simply accounting updates but they where sent to me in the Canadian version (I live in Florida) which I recently discovered when my program froze. I've been in contact with canadian customer support who helped me remove the program and save my data files. They connected me to US support who sold me sage 50. Now after twice downloading (approximately 48 minutes each time) to sage 50 us it comes back error encountered while executing the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. What do I need to do ??? I have no accounting program at this time. PS I'm also not computer literate. Thanks
