Hello, I developed a Sage add-in for a client using the 2013 SDK (using the COM interface). The application has been deployed approximately one year. The client recently upgraded to Sage 2014; the add-in was recompiled against the new version and all appeared to be working correctly. The client then reported that when the add-in was running they received the Error 11 when attempting to edit an inventory item in Sage. The error would appear several times and then the item screen would open normally. All other functions in Sage can be done without error. More recently, it appears that the error occurs regardless of whether the add-on is running. I am not 100% clear if this was the situation all along or if this represents an escalation of the problem. In any event, the problem did not appear until Sage was upgraded and the add-in was updated. This appears to be some sort of privilege or sharing error on the lineitem.dat file. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to diagnose and repair this error? The available online documentation is very limited. The suggested solutions are to remove certain unrelated software (which are not installed on the problem computer) and to inspect the INI file for corruption (it appears OK). Thanks! Randy
