You might be able to export the March - Current transactions and import them into your 2013 data. Importing is one of those things that is usually very easy or very difficult, rarely somewhere in between. You could try it if you want. If it doesn't work you're no worse off than you are now. Exporting and importing are done by going to File Select Import/Export. Regarding where to put the Sage50_2014 folder, it will work wherever you put it. You can put it directly in C:\ or you could even copy it to a flash drive or DVD and run Setup.exe directly from that drive without copying the Sage50_2014 folder to your hard drive. Another consideration is that C:\Sage\Peachtree\Company is probably also where your data is stored, and is what the Sage 50 installer will recommend for your data path on the new computer. So you if you copy the entire Sage folder from the old C drive to the new C drive you will get the installation files (the Sage50_2014 folder) and your data all at once.
