Forum Post: Customer Support

I have experienced by far the worst customer support experience with a piece of software to date. I have been on hold a total of 6+ hours of the last two days and have talked to one live person for 5 minutes and was told they were escalating my issue. I waited another hour and a half before giving up. I have exhausted the knowledge base and chat support was unable to help me only refer to phone support. Any support would be appreciated.
