Unfortunately there's now way to change the column widths. You could use the Purchase Order Report with a couple of small changes. The Purchase Order Reports is in with the accounts payable reports. By default it only shows open POs. To change that, click the Options button and select Purchase Order State in the list of filters. Change the setting to either Closed or All. You will probably also want to change the date range from All to This Period. Click OK to view the report. If you need to you can use the blue arrows between the column headings to adjust the column widths. Then click the Save button and give the report a new name. You will be able to see Qty Ordered, Qty Received, and Qty Remaining for each item on each PO. There is also a Purchase Order Number filter in the options if you want to look at just one PO.
