My main question has been trying to add parts total and labor total to a sales invoice. I was instructed that is not a capability in standard forms and reports and that I would need Intelligence Reporting... I now have intelligence reporting and I do not see anywhere to customize an invoice... I asked the same question regarding how do I do this in Intelligence reporting to get an answer that is too complicated to explain in a forum and I must contact someone... Now i need to know how do I contact someone, what number do I call? A direct line would be preferred as I do not have over 4+ hours to killl being on hold. Please HELP!!!!!
