In Sage 50 help under the heading Creative Uses for Inventory the information says "You can set up all the known constants for any item that you might include on an invoice. That information will automatically appear, once you select the item code. This saves data-entry time." I can't find any field labeled Item Code in Sage 50. Where is it?
