I finally broke down and upgraded to 2015 Quantum 50. I requested a hard copy disc in additional to the download (just in case). Sage never sent the download e-mail so I had to call offshore support to get the link. When the hard copy disc finally arrived, I had to pay additional postage charges because Sage can't weigh an envelope before they purchase postage. So my question is, since the name and phone number on the shipping envelope refuses to return my call, what phone number to I call to get my postage refunded. And yeah, at this point, it's all about the principal....
