Can you break this down like a verbal flow chart? This is what I'm thinking the flow is based on what I've read: - Customers pay you to "top-up" their phone (they pay tax but no service fee), but you take a portion of that payment as income, and forward the remaining amount to one of your vendors - Customers also prepay you for a service - I like to think of the flow from the perspective of an Income Statement in that some of these transactions represent income, and other portions that you pay out are your expenses - I'm really trying to visualize the flow from the perspective of your income statement - Like I said before, you really want the transactions to tell the story - If you have such specialized scenarios you may want to look at a Sage 100 or higher product since they have more options available for customization
