Do you still have the problem with the missing reports? If so, search for the file Rptdatai.dat and delete all copies found. Reinstall Sage and select to run the Repair option. This will replace the damaged Rptdatai.dat file. The Rptdatai.dat contains copies of all the standard reports. Another option would be to call into our support center. We can also transfer a copy of this file over to your computer. This usually just takes a few minutes to complete.
