So the error we are getting happens when users try to access Sage via RemoteApp. The program opens, we select Open Existing Company and then we click browse and select our company file and the error pops up. The first message we get is: : The second message after we click OK is: This issue only seems to present itself when accessing Sage through RDP and/or via RemoteApp. If I connect to Sage using the software on the desktop then no issue. But being we have remote offices that need to access Sage it necessary for those users to access Sage via RemoteApp. Trying to do so using software on the desktop is just too slow. Took one of our users 20 minutes one day just to enter in one order. When we first setup Remote App it worked fine. Not sure what has happen to cause us to get this error or how to go about fixing it. Any help would be great?
