We use a 3PL fulfillment company for warehousing and order fulfillment. We need to generate a report daily that lists each individual Sales Order and includes the order information including Customer name and Ship To address, Customer PO Number, Item ID and Qty for items ordered, and a Ship On Date. We also ship via variety of methods. Most commonly we simply ship best way (lowest cost) but also have a large percentage of customers who have a preferred shipper or have their own shipping account where we use their account number. Therefore we need the report to include a Ship Via and an Account Number as well. We would need this report to run Daily and include only SOs entered on that date. We would not want every open SO to report because that would result in possibly shipping the same SO more on more than one day. I have not seen any pre-configured report that is anything close to this in Sage 50 Complete 2015 US edition. We have a Sage Business Care Platinum support plan. This seems like a pretty basic function so I am hoping there are some straightforward solutions.
