If I print the Payroll Register for the pay date and don't change any defaults it prints only those employees who were paid that day, but it prints them in the order the checks were printed. (Not even by check NUMBER order, but literally the order they were printed out - we have different check runs with different check number ranges). I need to have this report in Alpha order; by employee ID, but if I change the "Sort Order" to Employee ID the report prints with every single employee that's been paid this year, regardless of whether they have a paycheck in the date range selected. Is there any way to get this report in Alpha (ID) order and only get the specified date???
