We are using Sage 50 Accounting US 2015. When I try to email packing slips/invoices to customers, I get this message - It then says "form printing canceled because of printer error." I'm running Windows 8.1. We never used to have this problem with Sage, but at some point after we bought this Win 8.1 computer, this started happening. I don't remember if it never worked on this computer or if this came along later. Any help would be greatly appreciated... This is slowing us down! Thanks!
