I have been though 20+ hours of support, upgraded number of users, and several remote log ins including one from the senior tec. We use sage to prepare payroll for several of our clients. End result only way we can access companies is to delete the dff files each week on each company or we get the following error: "You cannot use Sage 50 right now because of the serial numbers you have( serial number) are already in use by the maximum number of computers if you feel you have reached this message in error wait 1 minute and then try logging on again." any one else had problem and know how to fix.
