Great insight Kim. Much thanks! I will definitely follow your advice on the next install. We have performed upgrade as new install and as on top of the the old one. As Sage is pretty consistent in recommending not as new, that's what we did in August. NOT what we'll do with future upgrades based on your advice. From now on, I'll expect the unexpected thanks to you.
