In adding to Steve's advice, if you still have problems with that account you need to create a new account for that item. Change the Item ID adding a ZZ in front of the Item ID. If your in version2015.2 or higher you can use the Copy Button to copy the ZZITEM123 to ITEM123, or just create a new Item ID. To move the inventory on hand out of the ZZItem to the new Item enter an inventory adjustment.
