Customer is running for about a year Sage 2015 Quantum with the latest update installed (Build 22.3.00.0248) on a sever with Windows Server 2012 Standard and workstations with Win 7 Pro. When trying to open a company (either from a workstation or directly on the server) I get no error message, or any warnings, and the program does not freeze either (I can immediately open another of the companies or even the sample ones without problem)...it just does not open. Do have 3 other companies and they all open ok. Have done a fresh installation in an standalone PC and copied the whole company folder to it where I have run every every proposed solution found in the support area and Sage city but nothing works...I am Certified Consultant for several years and familiar with fixing issues, but this one has never happened before...urgent help is welcomed.
