A few years ago I purchased Peachtree Premium 2012. Somehow I bought the non-profit version. When I realized this during installation I immediately called PT and asked what to do. They explained it would NOT be a problem because the only difference was some of the reports, the payroll (which I don't use) and some other random stuff that didn't apply to me anyways. At no time during our conversation was I told that my data would NOT be compatible in the future!! I just installed 2016Premium and tried to restore my backup from PTP NP to see if maybe I could solve my other issues yet I get the message that my data is NOT compatible...ie unusable!! I can't believe this. Has anyone had any experiences with this type of situation? I'm a small business owner and being forced to purchase 2016 when my other was working fine was bad enough...now this. I can't afford to pay a consulting company especially since this shouldn't even happen. You have been great these past few days so...suggestions please! Roberta
