Forum Post: I am new to Sage 50 and I have customized my invoice with the columns I need but

I can't customize the entry screen with those same columns because they are not offered in Sage. Is there a work-around to this problem by chance? I need a column for which technician did the repair per line item as well as a column for serial # tracking on repairs we do on equipment. I don't understand why you can customize a printed invoice and not be able to customize the entry screen layout to match. It makes no sense to me and this is a make it or break it deal as to whether or not we stay with Sage 50 or go back to QuickBooks, which I would prefer not to do. Anyone have the same issues or suggestions on how to make it work?
