Are you using the data exactly as exported into the .CSV file? Unfortunately using .CSV as an data exchange format leaves a lot to be desired. Often times if you open the text file .CSV file in Excel the data can be changed without notice to you. As stated above when exporting text to a .CSV file any text data in a field that has " marks will and should be exported with double "" marks. If you can open the text file in a notepad application that shows just standard text you should be able to figure out why the import fails at that location. I will open up a file and check for existing references to " and either change them or make sure that they are being exported in a fashion that defiantly shows where one field ends and the next field begins.
