Thanks for the info. I see in the ClientInfo.xml file for Sage that there are some machines listed that Sage is no longer installed on. Some of the machines have been completely wiped while others just had Sage individually uninstalled. Does this file need to be deleted so Sage can rebuild it or should wiping machines/uninstalling Sage so that Sage is installed on no more than 10 workstations be enough to resolve this issue?
