If the transfer was included in the opening balance AND recorded as a separate entry, then it's been recorded twice and you'll need to make an adjusting entry to reverse the duplication. What type of entry and the offsetting account depend on the details of the original entries. If the other credit card is reconciled properly then the offset will most likely go to an expense account or COGS. Once you post the adjustment you'll be able to clear both entries off the reconciliation.
