Hi All: I am having a duplication problem within 2007 Peachtree Complete Accounting Job Ledger Report. I created a Job 111 that has two phases Block D and Block E. I then entered the purchase invoices and tagged the invoices with JOB 111,Phase B as well as JOB 111, Phase E where appropriate. When I viewed the Job Ledger Report, 2 Subtotals with name Block B are appearing on the report. However When I export the Job Ledger Report to EXCEL the exported report is showing both Phase B AND Phase D as separate subtotals. What would cause Peachtree to show one Phase twice on the Job Ledger Report but two separate phases when exported to Peachtree � Thanks for the help
