Do you have a partner advocate? Did you buy from a Sage partner? The partners are there to help you. Contact that person first. If not, cancel in writing via email and keep a copy. Do not just call in! FYI - I am not sure of your situation, but if you are using connected services with Sage, you need to renew your software if you want to continue using them. (payroll, credit card services, direct deposit for payroll, sage mobile services etc)
