You can get an old CD, but if you don't have the service releases for that year, it will not help. The service releases modify the program and the data. So if 2006 had a service release, you would need 2006 SR 1 for example to move your data back to your computer. (I don't know if 2006 had any service releases, but I know they are very prevalent now. We are currently on 2016.1 and 2016 was just released in July. )
