Importing data into Sage 50 can be very difficult because Sage 50 has certain required fields your exported data may not include. Plus the field order of the exported data MUST be exactly in the correct order that you set the Sage import field order or the data will either not come in at all or come in incorrectly. For example if you have a line item that has sales tax and a line item that does not have sales tax, how do you export that data so Sage 50 can read it properly? You can read about this in Sage Help, Index on Import. Look at Import/Export definitions, filter and field options, and import/export definitions. This will explain the process, field order and what is required. This is not an easy task, so don't feel bad if you don't get it right off.
