I realize you are new to Sage 50 software so you may want to either sign up for Sage webinars to get a broad picture by the book on how Sage works or better yet, find a Certified Sage Consultant that has the depth of knowledge to walk you through these particular issues and will explain why you have to do it that way. All programs have their way of processing information so before you get too frustrated, find a Consultant that can show you the way.
