The first thing I would try is to delete the Eventlog.dat, Audit trail.dat, alarm.dat,Alert.dat, in the datapath of the company that will not close. Sage will prompt to recreate these files empty when you open the company. Then try the wizard again.If that doesn't work, it is possible that you have files that do not belong in the datafile for that particular company causing it to hang when you launch the year end wizard. Compare the datafiles for a company that did close to the company that will not close. Delete files and folders that are not supposed to be there in the company that will not close. I would make a new folder called Company that wont close and copy the contents of that company in to the wont close file before you start deleting stuff. This way you have preserved the data.
